Mike was co founder of EMB in 1993 (sold to WTW in 2011), founder of insurethebox in 2009, the world's first telematics only motor insurer (sold to Aioi in 2015) and founder of ThingCo in 2018, a next generation telematics supplier.

Mike has worked in motor insurance his whole career, spanning 45 years, and has published several influential papers on GLM's and Price Optimisation.
